Returns and Refunds

Returned items must comply with the following returns policy.

• Items must be returned undamaged and unused with the original packaging included.
• Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition.
• Your return items must arrive at Kivera Naynomis boutique no later than 14 days after your delivery date.

Once your return has been received by our boutique your refund will be completed via original payment method EXCLUDING the delivery costs.
